Self-limiting beliefs are those inner voices that come when things are going really well for us. They sneak in like little ninjas, holding us back and telling us that we’re not good enough, that we can’t do something, or that restrict us from achieving our goals. We start to believe them and doubt our own capabilities. It is the inner dialogue we tell ourselves. Limited beliefs destroy our confidence and everything about ourselves - self-esteem, self-love, self-compassion, self-image, self-awareness, and self-worth.
A life coach can help you raise awareness of what those limited beliefs are through a sequence of powerful questions that allow you to self-discover your truth. Let’s change our self-talk by confronting and acknowledging those limited beliefs, fears, and self-doubt by asking ourselves why.

By replacing how we talk to ourselves, we are rewriting the narrative, flipping the script, and interrupting the negativity within. By doing so, we are also creating a new perspective on our goals, beliefs, identity, and life.
Our beliefs create our identity, and if our beliefs are limited, then we are limiting our identity.
